Here will be a searchable list of technical issues. It'll just show the subject, you can click the subject to see an issue that was submitted. If you have the exact same issue, you can 'like' it instead of re-posting. This is viewable by IT as well, and can be managed by supervisors. You can edit but you can't remove a post once it's up unless you're a supervisor. As a supervisor or IT you can create a report and/or just look through the issues to see what things are trending and head things off before they get too bad, or try and get issues taken care of before transcriptionists have to take time away from transcribing to call IT and have them work on things. Also you can comment on someone elses issue if you have something to add.(all issues will be time and date stamped and posts will be 'signed' by the poster according to their login ID.)
